Founded in 1972 in Istanbul’s Gedikpaşa district, ULAŞTI started as a manufacturer of textile materials. It initially focused on the footwear industry and later expanded to produce products for slippers, bags, and various other sectors.

Since the 2000s, ULAŞTI has introduced technical and design products to the Turkish market through distributorships acquired from Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Currently, ULAŞTI not only provides wholesale fabric supply and distributorships but also conducts coating, printing, lamination and finishing applications at its Esenyurt factory. ULAŞTI shares its products and services with customers through participation in national and international trade fairs and offers them for sale through its local and online stores.
